The last few days I’ve spent educating myself on female orgasm and putting the new “knowledge” into practice. Researching female orgasm is fun and awkward. Why? The content leaders in the space are kind of “out-there.” What do I mean by that… I mean, they so advanced in their orgasm practice that they are hard to relate to. To be clear, no judgement here. I’m here for it all and am officially a patron of pages and people I never thought I would encounter, let alone exist. It does make me wonder… did they start out like me? Wondering and hoping there is more to orgasm… more than 60 seconds of pleasure from clitoral stimulation before sex.
Things I’m reading over and over (which usually means there is truth!)
- The inside of the vagina is numb for so many women. We have to awaken our tissues in order to feel more and have the necessary sensitivity to orgasm from penetration. Apparently “EVERYONE” can do it. It’s just a function of sensitizing your pussy. I’ve been using toys to increase sensitivity. And it’s working. I’m feeling more during sex than ever before. It’s not orgasmic. But it’s pleasurable.
- Women need 20-30 minutes to warm up in order to be aroused enough to orgasm during sex. Couples jump into traditional sex way too fast. I don’t know that is— it’s what we see in movies or we are conditioned to reproduce and that only happens when a penis is in a vagina. I’ve been using rose oil all over my body to warm up before “solo sex” really feeling juicy everywhere before even touching my clitorus or entering my vulva.
- There are so many types of orgasm. The ones I’m gunning to experience are: g-spot, cervix, and anus. G-spot orgasms can include female ejaculation… which for some women is incredibly pleasurable and for others it is more of a party trick. Either way… I want it.
